Lemon Head My New Love!

I think I fell in love this evening! Shhhh Don't tell my husband! Lemon Head it has a flavor of Magritte, here's a unique thing I found out AFTER I posted the painting tonight, that the creator of lemon heads candy passed away this week at 93. I had no clue! which makes me think I channeled it or something. Still on my lemon surrealism. stay tuned for the next one!

The Farmer #7 in the thinking cap series. Finished just in time for my show Monday. My model is Robert who is a chicken farmer here in Santa Fe,NM. it's 24x30 oil. I need to get a better photo it came out a bit gray for some reason.
